For those of you who took part in the iTunes rush on April 1st the physical CDs have started shipping. I'm hoping to have them all out by the end of the week for the stock I have. I have to re-order some copies of the bonus CD so that will delay some of the shipments. I apologize to those of you affected by that, but hey, it's a good problem to have.
