By joining The Spice Rack you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. These terms and
conditions may change at any time without notice.
Fees
Joining the Spice Rack costs $2.49 per month. Your PayPal account will automatically be charged
each month by PayPal. If the payment fails for any reason PayPal will attempt to charge your account
three more times over the course of several days. If the payment is not completed PayPal will
automatically cancel your subscription.
Credits
All fees will become Credits which can be used on DevoSpice.com for purchases. Credits have no monetary
value and can only be used for the purchase of physical merchandise on DevoSpice.com. This includes CDs, t-shirts,
and other physical items. It does not include digital items such as MP3s. Credits do not apply to shipping.
Due to a PayPal limitation there is a minimum charge of $.01 per transaction. Credits do not expire so long
as your membership remains active. If your membership is canceled for any reason you will have 30 days to use
your credits. After 30 days if your membership is not reactivated any remaining Credits will expire and your account's Credit
balance will revert to 0. Credits are non-transferrable.
High Quality Downloads
Each month you will receive 3 download credits which can be used to download high quality (192k) MP3s of any
song available on DevoSpice.com. Unused credits from one month do not roll over to the next month. Download
credits are non-transferrable.
Quarterly Newsletter
The quarterly newsletter will be delivered every three months on or around the 15th of the month. It will arrive
in the form of a PDF file attachment. If your email bounces due to size limitations or other issues you will be
notified by email so the problem can be corrected. Viewing the newsletter will require the free Acrobat Reader
application or another PDF viewing program.
The Insider Video Podcast
The Insider Video Podcast will be posted monthly on or around the first of the month at DevoSpice.com. To
access the video you will need to log in to your account at the site and click on Podcast. The Insider is listed
below Manic Mondays with the latest episode linked. Older episodes will appear on the Archive page below the
Manic Mondays archives. Viewing The Insider requires you have the Flash plug-in installed in your browser.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so log in to your PayPal account and find one of your
subscription payments in the transaction list. This will provide you with a link to your PayPal subscription
which you can then cancel.
